  • Up to 2kg (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - £4.69

  • 2kg -10kg (Royal Mail Tracked 24) - £6.99

  • 2kg - 10kg (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - £7.69

Shipping Policy

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail, but in certain circumstances we may have to use other carriers. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days after the receipt of payment. During busy periods, including Christmas, please allow 3 - 7 working days. Deliveries typically take 1 to 4 working days to arrive, from the date of dispatch, not from the date of the order. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 days, please contact The Hungry Spaniel Company, so the courier can be contacted and any issues resolved. Please note that these are estimated delivery times & not guaranteed. All shipped packages will be tracked, and updates will be provided from the time your parcel leaves our warehouse to reaching you. It is important that your email and mobile number are correct to receive this information. 

 

The Hungry Spaniel Company will not accept responsibility for undelivered parcels when deliveries have been missed or not re-directed for collection.

You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, insurance, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

The Hungry Spaniel Company cannot accept liability for any damage, loss, or stolen goods as a result of a parcel being requested to be left in a designated location. Delivery instructions need to be specific at the time of ordering and addresses must be accurate to ensure safe delivery. The Hungry Spaniel Company cannot accept liability for any orders with incorrect addresses or part of addresses missing.

Your order leaves us in perfect condition in a robust cardboard box. Unfortunately, not all couriers are kind to our boxes.
Whilst we will quickly replace or refund for damaged items, we do not guarantee the condition of the outer box.
For all claims of damaged goods we will require photographic evidence.

If you request a parcel to be left in a designated location, it is left at your own liability. If your goods are damaged, or stolen from the place you specify, then The Hungry Spaniel Company or the courier accept no responsibility for this loss or damage. Therefore, please ensure any safe place you specify is both safe and dry.
