REFUND POLICY
At The Hungry Spaniel Company, we have stringent control processes in place to ensure your products arrive safely and to the standard you would expect. Items are inspected to ensure no items are missing/damaged, and all orders are photographed in their boxes, prior to being shipped. However, if an item is found to be defective, then please fill out the form on the contact us page for us to review or alternatively please message us on Instagram. We ask for any reports of defective items to be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt of goods.
If we ask for the item to be returned, once it's received, it will be inspected and we will let you know if the return was approved​ or declined. If approved, you will be sent a replacement or refunded on your original payment method.
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to return any non-defective products. The cost to return this would be at your own expense.

Please be aware, this refund policy excludes edibles, supplements, gift cards, opened items, used/part used products, bespoke items (customised, or those ordered specifically for you), products damaged through use, or not in their original packaging, original shipping costs.

The Hungry Spaniel Company cannot be held liable for returns which get lost/damaged in the post, so please ensure items are appropriately and securely packaged; returning them by registered mail. Please add your personal details (name, address, telephone number, email & order number) on returns.

If items are damaged in transit they must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for refunds to be issued. The Hungry Spaniel Company require photographic evidence of damages. Photos of the following will be required, the box it arrived, inside padding material, a minimum of two photos of any damaged items. If no images are supplied of the damages, no refund will be issued.
