DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.
You will then have the option to select Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery within 1 working day from dispatch) OR Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch). The tracking number will be provided within the dispatch email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any of our products. In some special cases, we may offer exchanges if there is something wrong with the product. Please remember that our treats come in all colours, shapes and sizes so no two treats will look the same.
