Welcome to The Hungry Spaniel Company!

 

My passion has always been dogs! I've always imagined my life surrounded by happy and healthy dogs. I began by working in a local animal rescue where I helped to care for and rehome dogs from all around the world. I also have a background in fostering for a rescue dog charity and this has led to us having 6 beautiful dogs (3 of which we fostered, and then adopted). They have been my inspiration behind creating The Hungry Spaniel Company. I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge through owning our 6 dogs and working/volunteering for various rescues. I am determined to share this through my company. 

 

A healthy diet and mental enrichment is crucial to maintaining a dog's wellbeing and happiness. It also offers many physical benefits too including dental hygiene, digestion, skin and coat condition etc.

 

I've also learnt that knowledge is power. Still to this day, pet retailers stock products that contain chemicals and ingredients that can be unsafe and incredibly dangerous to our dogs (rawhide being one of the worst). My aim in creating The Hungry Spaniel Company is to educate. If I can teach you just one thing - it would be to know what treats and chews are safe for your dogs. I also promote and encourage natural treats and chews by making them easily accessible and affordable to you all. 

 

There is nothing more important than the health and happiness of your family, and our dogs are our family after all!
